Is one of your New Year’s resolutions to be wiser with your money? In today’s Service For Life!® Free consumer newsletter you’ll get proven tips for spending less and saving more so you can invest for the future.
You’ll also learn five ways you can train your brain to remember important facts, ways to protect your eyesight, tips for reducing auto emissions and some little-known animal facts – plus funny jokes, trivia, and lots more. But first…
Here’s what’s happening in your neighborhood. The real estate market activity during this month seems to be leaps and bounds ahead of last year for buyers. According to MRIS, our local Multiple Listing Service, 347 homes came on the market as new listings in December in our region. At the same time, 317 homes sold. Potential buyers shouldn’t wait. With the inventory low and still largely made up of distressed properties combined with nearly all-time low mortgage rates, now’s the time to get a great deal on your dream home.
What are your plans for 2012? I (Jeff) will be entering unchartered territory, with my oldest child headed off to college. Wow! It wasn't too long ago she was still daddy's little girl. Anyway, I would ask for your prayers throughout the year as we head toward this big change in our lives.
Finally, we want you to know, that you may call us for any reason. And please let us know if a friend, family member or neighbor needs a caring, competent real estate professional to help in buying or selling.
We truly appreciate your friendship and referrals. Enjoy your newsletter issue!
Warmest regards,
Jeff Edmisten & Ruthie Buck
